History of HBK

In 1967 Henry B. Kerce owned and operated Hanks Sewer Construction and on one spring day he was asked to replace a water meter while he was cleaning up debris with his backhoe from a bad storm in Arlington Heights, Illinois. Hank thought and decided to take the opportunity that was given to him and founded HBK Water Meter Service. Throughout the years the business grew by word of mouth and has grown to the sucessful business it is today. Hank retired in 1992 and sold the business to his daughter, Sandra Grossi, and his son in-law, John Grossi, who both had worked for Hank since 1984. John and Sandra incorporated the business in September of 1992 and continue to offer the best quality service at an affordable cost.
