Frequently Asked Questions

Where is my water meter?
Your water meter will be located by the main water shut off inside your house. This is typically in the basement on the street side of your house. If you do not have a basement it may be in the crawl space or in a utility closet.

When located in the basement it will typically be in a closet or behind an access panel in the wall. If you do not know where the main water shut off is located, it will typically be where your lawn sprinkler shut off is.
